Yes, the retreat is suitable for beginners, including those who have never done any yoga before.

At this stage, places are reserved for those who would like to participate in the whole program of activities.
Q. What do I need to bring?
You’ll be provided with an information sheet that includes details of what you need to bring. Yoga clothes & bushwalking clothes (including boots and waterproof jacket) are the main essentials.
Q. Do I have to do both yoga sessions every day?
You don’t have to join in every session, every day. You need to do whatever feels right for nurturing your own body and mind (and sometimes that means having a sleep-in!)
